An Email from Paypal

Last night, I got an email from PayPal team to fill out a survey. To be precise, I received that email from [email protected].

You can find the message as below:

Dear Srinik:

In a continuing effort to provide our customers with the best possible payment experience, we randomly select customers like you to participate in surveys. Your feedback will help us enhance your PayPal experience.

To complete the survey, simply click on the web address shown below (or copy the address into your browser).

Just under the email, a note pertaining to PayPal survey was mentioned. As per the email,

PayPal has commissioned Marketing and Planning Systems, an independent market research company, to conduct this web-based survey among its members. If you have concerns about the validity of this survey, please contact customer_research_apac@paypal.com.

Finally, I received the following message on completion of the survey:

“Thank you for your time and input into this survey. Your responses will allow PayPal to improve their products and services so that they can better meet your needs.”

Am I the only person to receive such survey from PayPal? One of my friend reported that he got a phone call from PayPal team to update the account. I’m in doubt whether PayPal really make such calls.

Whatever it might be, PayPal always rocks with its high level security features.
